1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If there is any delay due to high order volume or stock issues, our team will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable domestic delivery across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Non-Metro / Rest of India: 5–10 business days
  • Remote or Special Delivery Zones: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

At Regal Carpet, we offer Free Shipping on all orders across India—no minimum order value required.

4. Heavy & Bulky Item Shipping (Carpets & Large Furnishings)

  • Some carpets, especially larger sizes, may be classified as heavy or bulky items.
  • Delivery may take slightly longer due to special handling requirements.
  • All such products are still covered under free shipping at Regal Carpet.
  • Any special instructions for delivery will be communicated if necessary.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or your Regal Carpet account dashboard.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers typically make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
  • Reshipping may require address confirmation.

7. Packaging & Handling

We take great care to pack all carpets securely and safely to prevent any damage during transit.
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Regal Carpet is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather issues, logistic disruptions, strikes, etc.). However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving such issues promptly.
