Return & Refund Policy

At Regal Carpet, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request returns, exchanges, or refunds for your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is required as proof for damage/defect claims.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns for:
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence
  • Items that appear used, altered, or tampered with
  • Custom-size carpets or made-to-order items (if applicable)

2. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video showing the issue
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Your contact details
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and arrange pickup if approved.

4. Pickup & Inspection

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your location.
  • After the product reaches our facility, it will undergo quality inspection.
  • Approval or rejection will be communicated within 2–4 business days after inspection.

5. Refund Process

  • If the return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your bank/UPI account.
  • Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Used carpets
  • Customized carpets
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale (if applicable)
