Return & Refund Policy
At Regal Carpet, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request returns, exchanges, or refunds for your purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is required as proof for damage/defect claims.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence
- Items that appear used, altered, or tampered with
- Custom-size carpets or made-to-order items (if applicable)
2. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.3. How to Request a Return

- Clear unboxing video showing the issue
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect product
- Your contact details
4. Pickup & Inspection
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your location.
- After the product reaches our facility, it will undergo quality inspection.
- Approval or rejection will be communicated within 2–4 business days after inspection.
5. Refund Process
- If the return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your bank/UPI account.
- Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
- Only one exchange request per order is allowed.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:- Used carpets
- Customized carpets
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale (if applicable)
