What are your shipping timelines?
Estimated delivery:
  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Non-Metro / Rest of India: 5–10 business days
  • Remote / Special Zones: 7–14 business days

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delays from couriers, weather, or force majeure may affect delivery.

Do you charge for shipping?
Regal Carpet offers free shipping across India on all orders. If any special charges apply (for very remote deliveries) we'll notify you in advance.
I ordered a large carpet — will delivery differ?
Larger or bulky carpets may require special handling and can take slightly longer to deliver. We handle packing and transit carefully — and free shipping still applies.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped you'll receive a tracking number by SMS or email. Track via the courier partner's website or your Regal Carpet account dashboard.
What's your return & refund policy?
Returns accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery and include an unboxing video.
  • Return request window: within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are typically non-returnable.
How long until I receive my refund?
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds go to your bank/UPI account. Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the replacement is out of stock we will issue a refund. Only one exchange is allowed per order.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement provided the item has not been shipped. If already shipped, please follow the returns procedure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable). All payments are processed through secure gateways.
I received a damaged item — what now?
Please record an unboxing video at delivery and contact us immediately with your order number, photos, and the video. We'll review and arrange pickup if approved.
Which items cannot be returned?
Non-returnable items typically include:
  • Used or washed carpets
  • Customized / made-to-order carpets
  • Clearance or final-sale items (if specified)
